ep789 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ep789 ("ep789", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://ep789.cam ("Platform", "Site").

ep789 is an English-language online gaming information and content platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such content is permissible under applicable law. • Uploading, transmitting or distributing viruses, malware, spyware or any other harmful code through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive purpose.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ep789.
• Circumventing, disabling or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Platform.

ep789 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal and/or administrative action against any person who engages in prohibited conduct, including suspending or terminating account access and reporting conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

ep789 is an informational platform and does not itself process, hold or manage any financial transactions, deposits or withdrawals on behalf of users. All financial transactions related to gambling activities are conducted exclusively between users and the relevant third-party gambling operators.

Content published on ep789 relating to payment methods — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as Bitcoin (BTC) or USDT — is provided for general informational and contextual purposes only. Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on ep789 does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership with those entities.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

ep789 makes no warranty or representation that:

• The Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted or free from errors.
• Any information published on the Platform is accurate, current or complete at the time of reading.
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any gambling strategy, system or approach described on the Platform will result in profit or reduce the risk of loss.
• Any specific operator, game, bonus or payment method referenced on the Platform remains available, compliant or lawful in your jurisdiction.

ep789 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani government authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government or any Pakistani financial institution. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ep789, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any reliance placed by you on Content published on the Platform.
• Gambling decisions, deposits, wagers or financial transactions made by you with any third-party operator.
• Any loss or damage to your account, data or devices arising from unauthorised access.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Applicable Law, ep789's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the equivalent of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

ep789 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its content and platform operations. We acknowledge that gambling, when not approached responsibly, can cause significant financial and personal harm.

As a condition of using the Platform, you agree that:

• You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose without adverse financial consequences.
• You will not use borrowings, credit facilities or funds intended for essential living expenses (rent, utilities, food, education) to fund gambling activities.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of and in compliance with the current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ep789 is registered and operates, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory provisions of Applicable Law in the User's jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial regulations — may independently apply to your activities as a Pakistani user. ep789 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes between you and ep789 that cannot be resolved amicably shall, where permitted by law, be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable procedural rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under Applicable Law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
